SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping services are experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. We are shipping orders out as normal, but have no control once we ship your item(s) out. We ship items out Monday-Friday, daily. Friday all orders placed before 12:00 pm central will go out that day. Please understand shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturday and Sunday.

2-3 day shipping $15

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you have multiple orders within the same day, please email us at shoptriplethreads@gmail.com to combine your orders and we will refund one of the shipping cost if the first order has not already been processed and shipped.

***PLEASE check your shipping address before submitting your order! Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged a second shipping fee of $6 (standard shipping) for us to ship to the correct address. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated at checkout! Please note that we are not responsible for any extra taxes that you may owe.

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES: 

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier we cannot issue a refund. If this happens, we recommend you contacting the carrier regarding your shipment. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and we are not able to refund shipping charges if the shipping carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

**Triple Threads is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the additional Route Shipping Insurance available at checkout. 

Route Insurance: 

Route Shipping insurance is an option on all orders to protect your packages!
