Holiday Return Policy: 

Starting 11/1/2024, Christmas Gifts may be returned for store credit until 1/4/2025. Returns on these items must be postmarked before 1/4. Store credit will be sent to the email address used on the order. Please read below for a list of items that are not eligible for a return.

Items purchased with a 30% discount or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. No exceptions. A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit if a final sale item is returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: HOME DECOR, accessories, bodysuits, shorts with liners, SWIM, sweatshirts, graphic tees, items with feathers, flash sale & sale items. Athletic wear is final sale and not eligible for a return.  All holiday apparel IS FINAL SALE, this will be noted in the description of the item. 

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

- Items discounted at 30% or more.
- ALL sale items or clearance items
- HOLIDAY ITEMS
- Bodysuits 
- Home decor
- Accessories 
- Athletic wear (leggings, biker shorts, shorts with a liner, athletic tank tops, bras/camisoles
- SWIM

 

All HOME DECOR is final sale and will NOT be accepted back with a restocking fee. We will invoice you for shipping cost to get the item back to you if we receive home decor for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
TO PROCESS A RETURN:
You must complete the return form found in our RETURN PORTAL linked below before mailing back your items.
Please include your packing slip with your return. We ask that you wrap all items neatly or place them into the original wrapping. If a final sale item is sent back that amount will be deducted from your store credit. 
If you are shipping back shoes they must be shipped in the ORIGINAL undamaged shoe box. Please ship shoes back in a polymailer or a box, not just the shoe box alone. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit if it’s shipped in the shoe box alone.
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Once it has been processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder because sometimes gift cards want to go to spam folders. We do not offer exchanges. For questions regarding returns please email returns@triplethreads.com 
 
About Re:do
Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for FREE if it doesn’t work.If you forgot to checkout with Re:Do no worries! You can purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! Re:Do can NOT be added to an order after the order has been placed. It must be purchased with each order!

Afterpay Orders:
If an order was placed through Afterpay and the item was returned you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay. A store credit will still be issued.
Damaged items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at contact@triplethreads.com and forward pictures of any damage. Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
