RETURN POLICY AND PACKAGE STATUS

Return Policy:

If you're not loving what you got, send it back! Triple Threads gives you 14 days from when your order was delivered to send it back for a store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc.. If any of these conditions are present a 50% deduction will be taken off of the store credit for the item(s). 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: HOME DECOR, accessories, bodysuits, shorts with liners, sweatshirts, graphic tees, flash sale & sale items.

***You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include the packing slip with your return. We ask that you wrap all items in paper or place them into the original wrapping for protection reasons.

If you are shipping back shoes they must be shipped in the ORIGINAL undamaged shoe box. Please ship shoes back in a polymailer or a box, not just the shoe box alone. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit if it’s shipped in the shoe box alone.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Once it has been processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

If your return is over $75 in cost you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return please understand there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Any returns over 2 months late will not be accepted and you will be required to pay shipping cost back to you.  

HOME DECOR is final sale and will NOT be accepted back with a restocking fee. We will invoice you for shipping cost to get the item back to you if we receive home decor for returns.

International Packages: Please send an email to shoptriplethreads@gmail.com if you are interested in shipping outside of the U.S.

Package Status:

**Triple Threads is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped. All orders placed after 5 pm central time on Friday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.

Afterpay Orders:
If an order was placed through Afterpay and the item was returned you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay. A store credit will still be issued.
Damaged items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at shoptriplethreads@gmail.com and send pictures of any damage. 

Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
